Gavin Core was dropped on his head at birth (repeatedly, and from a great height), Unlike his cousin, Peter Hayward, who had a heavy object dropped on his head at birth (this object just happened to be Gavin).

Gavin came to live in Emerald (Where he still resides) when he was approximately 18 months old. Since then he has been constantly surrounded by Peters, The first he met at kindy, the second is the mayor of Emerald, the third was his primary school teacher and the last on was his little brother's imaginary friend (who has a sister named Step-down, and a dog named Jump-up).

Gavin enjoys listening to ‘Weird' Al Yankovic, Veggie tales and brick walls.

In his spare time Gavin likes to play his Xbox, his computer, PS2 and Gameboy Advance (all at once). He also likes reading and sleeping.

Gavin is responsible for writing the basic ‘plots' for the Chainsaw Blokes scripts (Plot? What plot?). Peter is responsible for;

1. spell checking (Gavin has horrible spelling)
2. taking out any traces of plot (plot is NOT funny) and
3. adding in the little bits that make the scripts uniquely Chainsaw Blokeish.

Gavin likes Pina Coladas, and getting caught in the rain, is not into yoga, and has half a brain. He also like making burritos at midnight in the dunes of the cape.
